You definitely don't want to do this thing a second time. Here is a fully tested, cleaned and oiled door latch this thing in the top 1% of condition if you know what to look for. If your taking take the time to really look at this, and know what for its a good buy it as theres lot of labor that goes into change these things. The catch pin is what wears out on these along with the spring mechanism/linkage This as close to a virgin i've seen in 30 or 40 years and because it did not have 5mm screws I added those.
